CREAM PUFFS


YOU'LL NEED :
4 large spoons butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1g flour
1 heavy cream
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup milk

DIRECTIONS:

1st : In a large bowl, bring water, vanilla and butter to a widing boil. Add the flour and move constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball,take off and cool.

2nd : Beat in 2 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each until smooth.
3th : Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes at parchment lined cookie sheets .
4th : Cut it in half and stuff it with a generous filling and whipped milk .
